Job summary

Allied Universal in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Part Time Security Guard Vehicle Patrol Driver to safeguard clients across transit facilities and bus operations locations. You will perform routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and teamwork.

The role requires a New York State Security Guard License, at least 6 months of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school

Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures at transit facilities and bus operations locations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and check credentials, assist with visitor management and reporting suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with supervisors and emergency responders as needed.
