Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and following reporting procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of transit facilities and related areas to identify hazards and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas; verify authorization and maintain orderly movement.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and coordinate with site personnel and public agencies when appropriate.
