Jefferson County is seeking an HR Training team member to facilitate a variety of development courses for our county employees. The role supports personal and professional growth, delivering engaging sessions across multiple platforms, both remotely and on-site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in facilitating training, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of work-related experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Equivalency of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training topics including conflict resolution, customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, and inclusion.
• Develop relationships across the organization as a representative of the HR Training Team.
• Synthesize information and communicate training needs to HR colleagues.
