Qualifications

• 2+ years of high school or collegiate experience in horizontal jumps/sprints/hurdles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel with the team to competitions on weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with the organization and coaching of the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field program.
• Recruiting.
• Workout implementation and timing.
• Weight room supervision.
• Organizing team activities and community service.
• Team travel.
• Fundraising.
