• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Competitive collegiate rowing experience required.
• Knowledge of NCAA, conference, and Commonwealth rules required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain GMU vehicle use credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching and coaching to women’s rowing; assist in safety and conditioning program planning.
• Support Head Coach on recruiting and program operations; ensure compliance with rules.
• Assist in fundraising efforts and event coordination for the program.
• Serve as a liaison to equipment, business operations, and academic services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervising administrator.
