Position Overview:

We're seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Tour Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role combines operational excellence with creative flair, perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Customer Service:
  Create our signature Tour ToolBooks
  Upload tours in the BE App
  Make and manage tour reservations
  Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers
  Handle final passenger counts and coordinate payments
  Ensure seamless execution of tour operations
• Creative & Marketing:
  Design eye-catching promotional flyers and marketing materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Creative mindset with basic design skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and AI technology
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the group travel industry required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
