Job summary

A full-service industrial contractor is seeking a Tool Room Attendant for a part-time role in Spring Hope, NC. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 5am to 12pm, with potential weekday fill-in opportunities. Key responsibilities include issuing tools to employees, maintaining inventory, and keeping the Toolroom area clean. Ideal candidates must have five years of experience with tools and tools related to mechanical and electrical applications. Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Ability to routinely lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Experience in various working conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Edwards Inc. is a full-service industrial general contractor providing construction, fabrication, and crane services. We are currently seeking a Tool Room Attendant in Spring Hope, NC.

This is a Part time position with the schedule of 5am - 12pm. Saturday and Sunday; may be asked to fill in occasionally for employee's taking time off during the week.

• Pull tools and materials and stage for jobs
• Stock and maintain inventory on shelves

Ideal Candidates Should Have

Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Continually walk/stand on surfaces which may be even/uneven, stable/unstable, and varying compositions.
• The ability to routinely lift in-excess of 50 pounds on a continual basis.
