Edwards, Inc. is a full-service industrial general contractor providing construction, fabrication, and crane services. We are currently seeking employees for our Fabrication division at our Spring Hope, NC shop.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and welding materials according to fabrication drawings.
• Reading and understanding drawings.
• Performing additional assignments as directed by supervisor or project manager.

Candidate Requirements

Physical requirements include:

• Walking and standing on various surfaces, sometimes uneven or unstable.
• Working in confined spaces and awkward positions, including climbing.
• Lifting up to 135+ lbs regularly.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of fabrication experience.
• Ability to pass a welding or skills test.
• Strong communication skills and safety commitment.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
