Job summary

Aims Community College in Colorado is seeking an Automotive/Collision Tool Room Clerk to manage, issue, and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies used by students and instructors in instructional labs. This role supports a safe, organized learning environment and may require occasional travel.

You'll oversee tool room inventory, check-in/check-out items, monitor usage, stock tools, and direct traffic in the garage.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of tool room inventory.
• Monitor tool crib for loss prevention.
• Check-in/Check-out tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Track use of tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Stocking and re-stocking of tools and equipment.
• Directing traffic in/out of garage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Hourly Rate: $17.29 Part-time employees also receive some benefits depending on the number of hours worked.

The Automotive/Collision Tool Room Clerk supports the automotive/collision technology program by managing, issuing, and maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies used by students and instructors in instructional labs. This role ensures tools are available, accounted for, and properly maintained to support a safe, organized, and effective learning environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Job Duties

• Oversight of tool room inventory
