Job summary

Aims Community College is seeking an Automotive/Collision Tool Room Clerk to manage tools, equipment, and supplies for the automotive/collision technology program. You will ensure tools are available, tracked, and maintained to support a safe learning environment.

Occasional travel may be required. The role supports instructors and students in instructional labs, with duties including check-in/check-out, inventory tracking, stocking, and directing garage traffic.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of tool room inventory.

• Stocking and re-stocking of tools and equipment.
• Directing traffic in/out of garage.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Automotive/Collision Tool Room Clerk supports the automotive/collision technology program by managing, issuing, and maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies used by students and instructors in instructional labs. This role ensures tools are available, accounted for, and properly maintained to support a safe, organized, and effective learning environment.

Occasional travel may be required.
