Bergey’s Inc. in Boyertown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver to provide secure and timely transportation of products. You will uphold professional representation of the company while handling deliveries.

The role requires a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and successful pre-employment screenings. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Timely transportation of product from origin to destination as assigned.
• Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming product for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type.
• Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery.
• Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers & through responsible driving.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, records of fuel purchases, mileage records and other records required by law and Company policy.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
• Occasionally operating powered industrial vehicles (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned.
