Bergey's Commercial Tire in Hatfield, PA is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to provide secure and timely transportation of products from origin to destination.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, collecting payments, preparing delivery paperwork, and maintaining records to comply with state and federal regulations. The role offers competitive pay of $19 to $24 per hour based on experience and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Timely transportation of product from origin to destination as assigned.
• Assist in verification of all outgoing and incoming product for accuracy in terms of size, amount and type.
• Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork concerning delivery orders required to move with shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies delivery.
• Maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers & through responsible driving.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver’s logs, fuel records and other records.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
• Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.).
• Other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $19 to $24 / hour based on experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with gooddriving record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
