The Tile Shop in New Jersey is seeking a Part Time Sales team member to assist showroom visitors, including interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals.

You will provide recommendations to meet space, style, and budget, build lasting relationships, and manage product knowledge to educate customers. This role offers hourly pay $16-$19 with 20-30 hours per week and uncapped commissions.

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
