Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales associate to work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting relationships and educating customers about installation.

Drive sales by understanding products and meeting individual and team goals, with a professional presentation at all times and opportunities for uncapped commissions for 20-30 hours per week.

• Sense of Design: various styles, colors, and textures
• Basic mathematical and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
