The Tile Shop in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Part-Time Sales associate to work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will provide product recommendations to meet space, style, and budget while building lasting relationships and representing a professional image.

This role pays $16-$19 per hour, offering 20-30 hours per week and uncapped commissions based on performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilités

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
