Penn State University’s Center for the Performing Arts is hiring a part-time Ticket Center Assistant. Responsibilities include answering calls and in-person inquiries, selling tickets via our ticketing software, and serving snacks and beverages at concessions. Some evening shifts to cover box office during shows at multiple theatre locations.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong public interaction skills, and availability during daytime hours

Responsibilities

• Handle ticket center inquiries by phone and in person.
