Penn State University’s Center for the Performing Arts is hiring a part-time Ticket Center Assistant. Compensation starts at $15 per hour. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong public interaction skills, and availability during daytime hours

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Center For The Performing Arts is seeking applicants for part‑time job of Ticket Center Assistant.

• Customer interaction over the phone and in person


• Working in a professional environment


• Sales using ticketing software


• Serving snacks/beverages at concession/bar

• 10+ hours/week


• Able to interact with the public


• Schedule: Available for some hours between 10am-4pm M-F in Eisenhower Auditorium


• Available for some evening hours to work box office during show at various theatre locations

Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $15/hr
