Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Thrift Stores is seeking team members to provide friendly customer service, assist donors, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and work with teammates to support the Ranch's mission to help children and families.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience.
• Process customer transactions at the register.
• Sort through donations to find quality saleable items.
• Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
• Work as a team to accomplish the job.
