Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Thrift Stores is seeking team members to deliver friendly, helpful service to donors and customers while maintaining a clean, organized shop. You will engage with shoppers, sort donations, process transactions, and collaborate with staff to meet daily goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience.
• Process customer transactions at the register.
• Sort through donations to find quality saleable items.
• Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
• Work as a team to accomplish the job.
• Comply with all established policies and procedures.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
