Job summary

The Salvation Army Phoenix Main Thrift Store is seeking a part-time Retail Team member to enhance the donor and customer experience. You will greet guests, assist with donations, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, following TSA policies, and contributing to a positive store environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available in an impactful community program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience handling POS/Cash transactions preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Stock priced items and merchandize on the sales floor.
• Maintain store and donation areas, keeping them clean, neat and organized.
