Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at The Gardens of Roseboro is seeking a part-time Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, and quality improvement across campus locations in Roseboro, NC. You will oversee a team of therapists and ensure compliance with licensure and standards.

Responsibilities include designing therapy programs, mentoring staff, monitoring outcomes, managing resources, and collaborating with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state licensure in the respective therapy discipline.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Experience delivering skilled rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligning with facility standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists; provide evaluations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Oversee allocation of resources including staffing, equipment and budget.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for staff.
• Analyze program data to identify improvements and raise patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
