Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, and quality improvement across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. You will guide interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality therapy services while ensuring compliance with licensure and company policies.

Qualifications

• Current valid state licensure required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in PT/OT or related field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols that align with the facility’s mission, goals, and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy programs for regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Oversee staffing, equipment, and budget to support therapy services.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data to identify improvements and enhance patient outcomes.
• Deliver skilled rehab services within credentialed scope.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
