Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care.

The role requires a state-licensed therapy professional with at least 1 year of skilled rehab experience, CPR certification preferred, and a focus on compliant, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year delivering skilled rehab services.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state licensure; CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with facility goals and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations for high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs for regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Oversee allocation and management of resources including staffing, equipment, and budget.
• Organize and facilitate ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and boost patient satisfaction.
• Meet the requirements of specific therapy disciplines to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials.
