Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Therapy Aide to support physical, speech-language, and occupational therapy services. This part-time role involves patient preparation, equipment setup, and administrative tasks to help therapy sessions run smoothly.

You will assist therapists, maintain a clean therapy environment, and help manage patient flow within an EPIC-based system. Prior EPIC or medical terminology knowledge is a plus for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience or familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation and setup for therapy sessions.
• Maintain treatment and gym areas; clean and disinfect equipment and report malfunctions.
• Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with setup as directed by therapists.
• Provide administrative support with scheduling and patient wait-list in the EMR system.
• Order supplies and equipment for clinics.
