Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including assisting patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions.
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments as directed by clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming clinic environment.
• Prepare hot and cold therapy modalities.
• Support general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks.
