Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Therapy Aide to help maintain a clean, safe clinic and support front office tasks in a New Jersey location. You will assist therapists, answer phones, collect copays, check in patients, and communicate with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with bedside manner.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proven customer service and patient-care experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic equipment and space are clean and safe for patients.
• Provide support to front office: answer phones, collect copays, check in patients.
• Communicate with patients and families and relay information to care teams.
• Assist therapists and clinicians in daily operations and patient flow.
