Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in New Jersey is seeking a Therapy Aide to support our clinic team by keeping equipment and the space safe and clean, aiding front desk tasks, collecting copays, and checking in patients. Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced clinical or customer service settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Proven customer service and patient-care experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to exceed expectations.
• Flexible to varied shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and clinic.
• Assist front office with phones, check-ins, and copays.
• Support patient flow and communication with patients and families.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to ensure smooth operations.
