Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Therapy Aide to help keep our New Jersey clinics safe, clean, and welcoming for patients. You will support both front desk tasks and clinical teams, assisting with check-in, copays, and coordinating with patients and families.

This role offers exposure to healthcare environments and opportunities to learn across therapy fields while contributing to exceptional patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Proven customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Keep the clinic and equipment clean and safe for patients.
• Support front office tasks such as answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients.
• Communicate with patients and their families to ensure a smooth visit.
• Assist therapists and clinicians as needed to support patient care.
