Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a dedicated Therapy Aide to help maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and support our front office operations. You will assist with phones, patient check-ins, copays, and communication with families, contributing to a compassionate patient experience.

This role supports the therapy team across physical, occupational, speech therapies, and ABA services, emphasizing teamwork, growth, and patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced clinic environment preferred.
• Strong communication and bedside manner.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Collaborative team player focused on helping patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the clinic and equipment.
• Support the front office: answer phones, collect copays, check-in patients.
• Communicate with patients and their families to coordinate care and appointments.
• Assist therapy team with daily operations and patient flow.
