Classic Cinemas Charlestowne XQ is seeking a motivated, people-first Assistant Manager to lead our team, create unforgettable guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly at our 18-screen theatre. The role emphasizes organizing, planning and supervising day-to-day activities with a schedule that includes nights, holidays and weekends.

Salary ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour with benefits such as 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year supervising experience (preferred).
• 3 years in customer relationship management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a weekly employee schedule.
• Supervise staff on site and ensure profitable concession counter.
• Verify payroll, bank deposits, receipts and daily deposits.
• Interact with guests to promote patronage and ensure excellent service.
• Operate booth and upload/view movies.
