You will supervise staff, coordinate concessions and film presentation, build community relations, and ensure company standards are met, with partnership to corporate office.

This full-time role requires guest-focused leadership, adaptability, and a passion for movies, with a starting salary range of $45,000–$60,000 and bonus potential

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven management experience in entertainment/retail or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and public speaking skills.
• Positive guest service orientation and employee relations skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to adapt to non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day theatre operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage cash controls, deposits, and payroll accuracy.
• Enforce company policies and report to corporate office.
• Build strong community relationships and manage group bookings.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise theatre staff and managers.
• Ensure flawless movie presentation, audio/visual, and concessions operations.
• Maintain safety, security, and facility cleanliness.
• Address guest concerns promptly and empower team resolution.
• Perform duties of theatre staff as needed.
