Job summary

Innovative Minds in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Test Proctor / Testing Center Administrator for our Houston North location. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with 20-25 hours per week, set schedule, no nights, Sundays closed.

Shifts begin at 8:00 AM and require passing a federal background check. You will check candidates in, prepare rooms, monitor exams, assist with login, and maintain records. Paid training provided and a stable, busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable with computers and office technology.
• Strong attention to detail and good customer-service instincts.
• Able to work independently and stay attentive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates in and verify identification.
• Prepare testing rooms and computer stations.
• Monitor exam sessions and maintain exam security.
• Help candidates with basic computer login and setup.
• Keep accurate testing records and report incidents or issues.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
