Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Testing Proctor to administer and proctor exams in the Testing Center. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to monitor exam integrity with strong customer service for students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities include handling 504 accommodations, TEAS tests, ATI assessments, maintaining security, scheduling exams, and FERPA adherence. This on-site role supports students in a health sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of testing procedures and ability to monitor dishonesty.
• Ability to sit for up to eight hours; lift 35 pounds.
• Must organize, prioritize and complete tasks with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Administers exams including 504 accommodations in the Testing Center.
• Proctors makeup exams, TEAS, ATI assessments.
• Maintains security of exams and materials.
• Adheres to procedures for distribution, collection of testing materials.
• Monitors for student dishonesty or unethical behavior.
• Provides excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
• Schedules student exams based on course schedule.
