Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in higher education and proctoring is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology issues.

Responsibilities

• Enforce testing policies and procedures firmly but courteously.
• Monitor students' testing sessions.
• Assist students with exam startup procedures and ensure access to exams.
• Contact professor if cheating is suspected or observed.
• Troubleshoot technology issues during absences by contacting appropriate staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of testing rooms.
• Perform other related duties as required.
