Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a part-time Testing Coordinator to support statewide testing initiatives and manage applications for CNA and QMA testing in Indiana. Primary duties include processing applications, maintaining records, and supporting exam delivery partnerships.
The role is primarily in-office with occasional work-from-home opportunities and requires strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Docs, and Zoom is preferred.
This part-time position supports the management of statewide testing initiatives, including but not limited to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) testing for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH). Primary responsibilities include application and document processing, along with supporting Ivy Tech's exam delivery partnerships with other state agencies.
This position is primarily in-office, with some opportunity for work from home on occasion.
