Job summary

Innovative Minds is hiring a part-time Test Proctor / Testing Center Administrator for our Tempe, AZ location. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, 25–28 hours per week, with a set schedule, no night shifts, and Sundays closed.

Shifts begin at 8:00 AM; the role includes fingerprinting duties and requires passing a federal background check. No prior testing experience is required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable punctuality are essential.
• Comfortable using computers and basic office technology.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates in and verify identification.
• Prepare testing rooms and computer stations.
• Monitor exam sessions and maintain exam security.
• Help candidates with basic computer login and setup.
• Keep accurate testing records and report incidents or technical issues.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
