Job summary

Pearson VUE in Chicago, IL is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator to support secure exam delivery and friendly customer service at the Chicago testing center located at 200 West Adams St.

Starting pay is $18.05 per hour with accrued paid sick time. Work hours range between 7:15 AM and 8:30 PM, averaging 10 to 18 hours per week, with shifts Monday through Saturday and some peak-season increases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required at least.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing.
• Comply with testing procedures and company policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping duties after each examination.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
