Job summary

Pearson VUE operates a network of test centers worldwide and seeks a part-time Test Administrator in Redlands, CA. You will ensure secure exam delivery, assist candidates, and support testing operations at 1690 Barton Rd. The role requires availability during various shifts, typically 5–10 hours weekly, with potential extra hours as needed.

Starting pay is $17.90 per hour plus eligible paid sick time. Previous proctoring experience is preferred, and familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties and sanitation after each examination.
