Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of professional office experience.
• Ability to adhere to testing procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and back up to the Academic Testing Center.
• Administers exams by strictly adhering to guidelines and procedures set by school or testing company; reviews candidate documents to confirm completeness; communicates with candidates on required documentation, testing procedures and policies.
• Provides superior customer service to test candidates and prospective candidates, including those who call or visit the Academic Testing Center; exhibiting excellent verbal skills in presenting information in person or by phone.
