Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Flexible to work a changing schedule that may include weekends.
• Requires reliable transportation to travel between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5–10 Field and Installation Merchandisers and ensure program execution.
• Document and manage performance with store manager feedback.
• Handle retailer concerns and field merchandiser issues with store management.
• Lead or participate in minor installations and remodeling; support major installations when needed.
• Motivate in‑person and remote teams and uphold Hallmark best practices.
