The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes safety, inventory recording, and adherence to company policies while supporting various ground and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Must be able to complete paperwork.
• Mechanical background and welding experience desirable.
• Autonomous, meticulous, good judgment; courteous with customers.
• Knowledge of cement and construction industry is a plus; PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Load/unload material by rail, waterway, and road as location dictates.
• Understand and operate truck loading equipment.
• Maintain and perform basic maintenance on mobile equipment.
• Record receipts, shipments and inventory accurately.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE usage; promote safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
