Job summary

Lake Tahoe School is seeking a security professional to maintain campus safety on-site during school hours, events, and as needed throughout the year.

The role requires an honorably retired law enforcement officer with CCW or LEOSA, willingness to complete background checks, fingerprinting, and mandatory annual trainings, and to maintain required certifications with fluctuating hours and no minimum guarantees.

Requirements

• Reasonable availability during major school events which are scheduled at the beginning of the year
• Complete all annual mandatory safety, compliance, and school-required training.
• Adhere strictly to all state, local, and school policies regarding firearm safety, access control, and incident response.
• Hours are intermittent dependant on school need and fluctuategreatly - with potential stretches of time extending multiple days.
• There are no minimum hours guaranteed
