Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to count money.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Proficient with office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and answer calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform paying and receiving functions: cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loans and other payments.
• Refer customers to Relationship Bankers for advanced account needs.
• Ensure cash drawer balance and keep cash balances secure.
• Comply with bank regulations (BSA, privacy, funds availability).
• Support other bank activities as needed.
• Promote a positive, energetic environment aligned with company values.
