You will identify cross-sell opportunities, utilize our CRM system, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals while adhering to banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers and convey information clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess needs and resolve inquiries.
• Sales experience and customer service mindset to identify cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, loans, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Promote relationships by delivering quality service and representing the bank positively.
• Initiate sales and referrals using the CRM system to meet sales goals.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate bank personnel.
