Mercantile Bank of Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Teller to balance a cash drawer, process transactions, and deliver friendly service in an onsite environment.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while spotting cross-sell opportunities through the CRM system and supporting colleagues.

Schedule is 20–29 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with additional hours as needed, and you will join a team that values integrity, excellence, and community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing; balance the drawer daily.
• Promote customer relations by delivering quality service and projecting a positive bank image.
• Initiate cross-sell opportunities using the CRM system and meet sales goals.
• Answer the telephone and direct customer inquiries to appropriate bank personnel.
