Job summary

Park National Bank's Lancaster Downtown Office in Lancaster, OH is seeking a part-time Teller to serve customers, process transactions, and protect bank assets by following policies and procedures in a busy branch. You will refer loan and deposit customers to specialists, participate in product knowledge training, and help promote branch services while upholding Park Promises and Serving More standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, generally under 30 hours per week; a High School

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally and in accordance with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Project the bank’s professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests or issues.
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and sales-oriented training to maintain broad product knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services to meet needs.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to all processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
