Job summary

Park National Bank in Newark, OH is seeking a full-time Teller to join our branch team. You will handle teller transactions, assist customers with questions, and promote bank products with accuracy and courtesy.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm plus Saturday mornings; the role is hourly with a minimum 37.5 hours per week. Prior cash handling or customer service is preferred to deliver Park Promises at every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0–2 years cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally per Park standards.
• Process transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Refer customers to subject matter experts when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training.
• Protect assets by following policies and security rules.
• Support branch operations and respond to inquiries.
