Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and per procedures.
• Project the bank's professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training to sustain knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to suggest products and services to meet needs.
• Protect assets by adhering to all security, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-branch promotion activities and communicate workflow improvements.
• Keep up with compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
• Deliver a high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
