Qualifications

• One-year experience in a customer service position required.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
