Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Demonstrates courtesy, tact and professionalism with members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial contact with members via in person interaction, by phone, or email to enhance member's experience.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, cash disbursements, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer members for new accounts, loans, and consultations.
• Address member inquiries on accounts and payments and resolve issues.
• Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed.
